Metal Gear
Metal Gear series has always been the best gaming series in my gaming chart no matter what. Back when I was in primary school, I never played many games except Resident Evil, which is not really my type of game. I am not into horror games, but instead I prefer action games with lots of guns blazing, or games that require a lot of thinking, not just simply hack and slash or villain and hero type.
Metal Gear Solid fits into this 2 options, although not that much of guns blazing since it’s a stealth game. Still, MGS is the first game that opens my mind about stealth genre and how game cinematics is to be done. I never touched any stealth games before that and I believe stealth genre was made popular by MGS and a benchmark was set. You wanna make a stealth game? DO IT LIKE MGS! I especially love the plot since it involves a lot of war and political stuff based on the current world. Everything is logical and fits into your mind. This might sound exaggerating but seriously, I never played a game that nice before Metal Gear Solid.
12th of June marks the release of the finale episode of Metal Gear series, Metal Gear Solid 4, Sons of Patriots. I should be happy about this, BUT it is ONLY released in PS3, no PC or PS2! OH NO 
All reviews have all been highly positive, some even go to the extend of “Masterpiece”. Example, GameSpot and IGN give a solid 10/10 for MGS4. In short, if you are a Metal Gear fan, you must get it, it’s just that simple!
There have been a few question marks left by previous MG games, like who are The Patriots? What happens to Olga’s daughter? Most important, how Snake ends his final mission? Dammit, I want a PS3!!! Why is MGS 4 only released on PS3? My next target is set, a PS3 + MGS4 game. After a bit of research, I find out that I can get it at RM 1,600. Time to save money!!
